The way we operate is to speak directly to you in order to understand exactly what you have in mind. Then we draw up some plans for you to consider. The plans are made using CAD software to insure better comunication with you. We like to work closely with each client so that all of their needs are met with each piece.

Once we have developed plans that you like, we submit a quote along with a delivery date. While this may sound like a lengthy process, it really isn't. Once we meet with you, we produce plans within a couple of days at the most. Once approved, a 50% non refundable deposit will be required to begin making your piece. You are always welcome to visit us and see the progress on your project for yourself, or if you prefer, we can send some pictures of the progress to you by email. The remaining 50% will be due on delivery.
